Our Story
AlbTech Solutions was born out of real-world experience and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry. Our founder, Ledian, spent his early years working closely with restaurants—starting as a waiter in his teens and later collaborating with dozens of restaurant owners on their operations and technology needs.
Through these hands-on experiences, he saw the same recurring problems: unpredictable supplier prices, time-consuming manual tasks, and a lack of simple tools to manage the day-to-day.
He brought together a team of AI specialists and hospitality professionals to tackle these challenges head-on. Together, they built a platform designed to help restaurants save money, streamline operations, and get back to what really matters—delighting their guests.
